Scott Evans has been champion of local music in Stoke-on-Trent for a while now,

previously a promotor at Captains Bar and Pilgrims Pit, Scott now runs music venue Artisan

Tap, working with acts from all around the world to bring as much Live music to Stoke as

possible. Previously Scott has been an artist manager and music producer working with

many local acts to progress their music careers. Four years ago, Scott started the

grassroots electronic music festival, Cablefest, which draws in acts from all over the

country to Stoke On Trent. A musician himself most notably with electronic duo Behind The

Moon, he has also released a solo album under the name Say, featuring collaborations with

Stoke artists, and band records with Encircled and Epilogue.
